Choice Custom Homes was founded on friendship and with an aim to provide personalized and quality services with integrity. Chad Bumsted and Jason Gillman are childhood friends with different strengths, which make them successful business partners.

Chad started as a cabinetmaker and he later moved into framing and remodeling to start his own company in 2001. He has the creative, artistic mind to build custom homes.

As a University of Nebraska, Lincoln graduate, Jason has experience in sales and marketing across various industries. He joined the company for his marketing and sales skills.

With their personal strengths combined, they've helped make this company a success. We're a proud member of the BBB, Metro Omaha Builders Association, various other building trade associations, and an approved Her Home builder in the Omaha Metro area.
